Course Information

This course examines common physical, psychiatric and developmental illnesses and conditions commonly seen in practice by occupational therapists including the etiology, signs, symptoms and pharmacology. Both normal and abnormal functions are emphasized throughout the lifespan and the influence of the illness/disease process on an individual�s quality of life and general occupational performance is considered.
