Course Information

Strategic management and leadership skills are developed through analysis, discussion, and critique of real-world corporate strategic decisions. The projects and topics may include: case studies of successful and unsuccessful corporate strategies; effective managerial and organizational techniques for achieving corporate objectives; successful program implementation; goal setting; creating a corporate environment that creates employee motivation and excellence; integrating interdisciplinary business information in strategic managerial decisions. This course may not be listed as a requirement or eligible as an elective for any major, minor, or certificate program other than the following: Applied Leadership and Decision-Making (MBA).
