Introduction to the use of group and individual assessments, coaching theory, and strategy for leadership development. Topics covered include leadership development theory, leadership development planning approaches, use of leadership assessments, coaching theory, stakeholder theory, and boundary spanning leadership. Theory application is emphasized. Available for undergraduate credit as BUS 304.This course may not be listed as a requirement or eligible as an elective for any major, minor, or certificate program other than the following: Applied Leadership and Decision-Making (MBA).
